Candidate for Charlotte City Council, District 6

 

“I am running for the Charlotte City Council because I care deeply about Charlotte and District 6.

“I decided to run for public office six years ago when I was concerned about our community’s direction. I wanted to get involved.  I wanted to ensure Charlotte would continue to be a better place to raise a family and build a career.

“The citizens of District 6 deserve excellent representation by someone who knows the difference between ‘holding a public office’ and being a ‘public servant.’ As a public servant, I have strived to be visible, accessible and approachable for my constituents. I pledge to you to continue to be the type of public servant who practices servant leadership and to be your effective, conservative voice on the Charlotte City Council.
